These Terms govern access to and use of Wooderson, an AI agent application operated by Buckley Robinson ("we", "us") and available at wooderson.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, or by connecting a Google Account to it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Wooderson is an AI agent that performs tasks on your instruction. It reads, summarizes, drafts, schedules, researches, and writes software, and it can act on connected accounts — such as your Google Workspace account — when you authorize it to do so. It is a software tool, not a person, and it is not a professional advisor.
Output produced by artificial intelligence can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing anything the Service produces before relying on it or sending it to anyone else. Nothing the Service produces is legal, medical, financial, tax, or accounting advice.

We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or if continuing to operate the Service would create legal, security, or operational risk.
You retain ownership of the content you provide and of the data in the accounts you connect. You grant us permission to access, process, store, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service and perform the tasks you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service depends on third parties, including Google APIs, cloud hosting providers, and AI model providers. Their terms, availability, and changes apply to your use of the Service, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, or decisions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may change, fail, or be discontinued at any time, and no level of uptime or support is promised. We may modify these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its output will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Service from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke access to any connected account. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, at any time, including for a violation of these Terms. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
